If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, Willow Tree LLC may send you SMS messages about your inquiry, property listings, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may submit our contact form without agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

We share your information only with our brokerage, eXp Realty of California, Inc., and with service providers who help us operate this website and manage client communication. Those providers are contractually limited to using the information to perform services for us.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
