Buying and selling in Roseville

Roseville is the commercial centre of south Placer County and the largest city in it, which makes it the most varied market in the area. You can buy a 1950s bungalow near the old downtown, a 1990s tract home in Highland Reserve, or new construction out toward Fiddyment Farm, and all three behave differently.

Buyers usually come for the combination of Roseville City and Roseville Joint Union High School District schools, the Galleria and Fountains retail corridor, and a commute to downtown Sacramento that stays under half an hour outside peak. Sellers benefit from that same breadth of demand, but pricing has to account for which Roseville you are actually in.
